STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY FOR RE-EVALUATION ONLINE
Online Result and Re-evaluation link is available on the Link: http://web.gjuonline.ac.in in Main Menu.
Students can click on the Link and Check their Course-wise Main and Re-appear Result.
To check the Result, Student will enter their Roll Number, Semester and Mobile Number on the website.
Student will receive the OTP on the entered mobile number. As the Student will verify the OTP, the Result will be displayed.
Student can select the Paper for the Re-evaluation by clicking the checkbox in front of the respective paper.
After the selection of the Papers, “Apply for the Re-evaluation” button will be active on the website.
Student can click on the “Apply for the Re-evaluation” button, Read the Instructions Page carefully and click on “I have read all the instructions carefully” to proceed.
The Re-evaluation Form Page will be displayed with already filled Information. Student will also fill the required field i.e. email and upload the Specimen of Handwriting, Signature and Verify the displayed information.
After Verification, Student can click on “Save and Pay” button and proceed to pay the calculated amount Online.
After the Successful Payment transaction, Student will get the Re-evaluation Fee Receipt. Students are advised to keep the Payment Receipt safe for their own record.
In case of Failure Payment transaction, Student may apply again for the Re-evaluation and Payment Gateway will refund the deducted amount (In case amount is deducted double) within 5 working days.
Re-evaluation Result will be notified on the mobile number entered by the Student. This result will be only for information. Marks/Result will be valid only after declaration of result by the Result Branch.
